STS Performance Programme for 2025-26: Application Window Closes on 31 August
STS now takes applications for the Performance Programme all year round but those wanting to be considered for 2025-26 need to apply by 31 August! The full selection policy can be found on the ‘Getting Selected’ page on the STS website along with the online application form for hopeful athletes. 2025 TR Imperial Meeting - Scottish Results Report
Despite 2025 not being a year with extra major team matches, the number and quality of the international competitors was very high. This year only Scotland and England competed against the UKAF for ‘The Northamptonshire Cup’ and NRA Gold Medals on Friday 25 July, during the Imperial Meeting at the Bisley National Shooting Centre. Teams of 12 firers, main coach & 3 target coaches, 3 plotters, adjutant and captain, the UKAF Match is the combined score over three distances, 300x, 500x and 600x, with a maximum score of 1800pts and 360 vs.

2025 Fullbore Scotland v RAF Target Rifle Club, England and Wales - Match Report
This annual weekend event in mid May, organised by the RAF TR Club, took place on 17-18 May and consists of training sessions in the mornings, the National Match (normally a team of 20 firers, coaches and plotters shooting at 300x, 500x and 600x) on the Saturday afternoon and the Mackinnon Match (normally a team of 12 firers, coaches and plotters shooting at 900x and 1000x) on Sunday afternoon.

STS & SCTA Announce 2025 Scottish Olympic Trap Grand Prix Open for Entries
Scottish Target Shooting (STS) and the Scottish Clay Target Association (SCTA) are pleased to confirm we have, for a second year running, come together to confirm the details for the 2025 Scottish Olympic Trap Grand Prix.
