Applications are now open for the next intake of the British Shooting Precision Rifle Foundation Programme, which begins in September 2026.
The Foundation Programme is designed to introduce young people to the exciting world of precision air rifle shooting, providing a supportive environment where they can develop their skills while building valuable personal qualities including focus, discipline, confidence, resilience and self-belief.
Following the success of the inaugural programme, British Shooting is now looking to welcome the next generation of aspiring Olympic and Paralympic air rifle athletes.
The programme offers participants the opportunity to develop their potential within the sport and take the first steps on the performance pathway, supported by experienced coaches and a structured development programme.
Applications are now open and will close on 9 August 2026.
