STS Launches Strategic Plan Review Survey And We Want Your Views
We’re beginning an important journey — the review and refresh of the Scottish Target Shooting (STS) Strategic Plan — and we are looking for insight from the shooting community, regardless of whether you are a member of STS or not.
Our current strategic plan is due to come to an end in 2027 and the Board have decided that our next plan will focus on the next 10 years (until 2037), with review phases along the way.
The first step in the process of shaping the new plan is a survey designed to gather the views of the shooting community on what’s working well, where we can strengthen, any opportunities or challenges foreseen in the next 10 years and how STS can continue to lead positive change across the sport.
This survey is your opportunity to influence the direction of our work and ensure the next Strategic Plan reflects the real needs and experiences of the shooting community.
