The Pitmain Cup competition, held at the newly named Newtonmore Target Club — previously known as the Badenoch and Strathspey Muzzle Loading and Rifle Club near Kingussie.
This marked the final competition of Newtonmore Target Club’s 2025 season.
Competitors used under-lever firearms in both .22 and full bore calibres, taking part in a series of disciplines shot at varying distances, including timed elements.
After completing the 25-yard events, shooters moved to the 50-yard range to take on a further set of challenges.
