Smallbore AMG Committee

Who We Are

The Smallbore AMG has formed a sub-committee to assist the AMG Chair with STS activities around smallbore rifle and 10m air rifle.  They focus on supporting multiple events including:

• Smallbore 50m rifle series - prone & 3position grand prix series

• Indoor and Outdoor Postal Competitions & Leagues – including the Medal, Speedway and team/individual leagues throughout the year

• National Meeting Teams – New Zealand indoor match, Scottish teams at National Meetings

• 10m Air Rifle Championships and Air Rifle Grand Prix series event

We also focus on the development of junior shooters, and we would welcome interest from juniors who would like to get involved in that. Engaging with juniors and grass roots shooting is vital to the longer-term growth of the sport. Please get in touch with us using this link if you are interested.

The group also supports results archiving and records, membership, advertising, links to performance (ISSF and WSPS) selections and the wider state of smallbore rifle shooting for STS for grass roots shooting.  Information about Scottish teams and the complete list of Junior/Senior Scottish caps is here.
