What discipline(s) do you shoot? I shoot Olympic Skeet.
Which coaches have helped you get to this point in your shooting journey?
1) Marco Micheli was my first Olympic Skeet coach. He helped build the foundations of my technique and led me to win the British Shooting Grand Final in my debut year.
2) Andrea Miotto has been my coach since 2025. He has helped develop my mental resilience and ability to prepare for competitions. Helping me win the British Championships in my final year as a junior.
3) Drew Christie has been my technical Olympic Skeet coach since 2025. Working with Drew has significantly improved my technique and my trust in my own ability.
How did you get involved in the sport and what was your shooting journey to get on to the performance programme? My Grandad first introduced me to clay target shooting when I was 11 years old and I have not stopped since. I started shooting competitively in 2019, winning my first National Skeet Scottish Championships title in my debut year. Then, at the end of 2021, I applied to the STS as a talent transfer athlete and it was the best decision of my life. The support I have received has allowed me to develop, compete and win.
Where you do your shooting? Auchterhouse Country Sports, Scotland
What are your hopes and plans for the future in terms of your shooting career? I hope to be picked to represent Team GB at senior-level competitions in the near future and eventually achieve my dream of qualifying for the Olympics.
Any other interesting non-shooting related fact about yourself that you would like to mention? I can solve a Rubik's Cube in under 30 seconds!
