STS is seeking an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused Pathway Coordinator to support the delivery of our expanding Performance Pathway. This new role will have particular responsibility for coordinating the STS Development Programme and helping athletes navigate the pathway from club and athlete-development environments into Development and, where appropriate, towards the STS Performance Programme.
