STS is recruiting a Regional Club Development Officer to support Bon Accord Smallbore Rifle Club and partner clubs across the Aberdeen area. This is a practical, people-focused role for someone who can build strong relationships, help volunteer-led clubs turn plans into action, grow participation and strengthen links with local communities. Working 22.5 hours per week on a three-year contract, you will help make target shooting clubs more welcoming, connected and sustainable. Closing date for applications: 21 October 2026, 12pm.
