STS is seeking an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused Pathway Coordinator to support the delivery of our expanding Performance Pathway. This new role will have particular responsibility for coordinating the STS Development Programme and helping athletes navigate the pathway from club and athlete-development environments into Development and, where appropriate, towards the STS Performance Programme. The position of Marketing & Communications Director will play a crucial part of the new Board and is one of the appointed positions, therefore applicants do not need to be a member of STS and selection will be made by a committee. The role will provide the strategic lead in planning the promotion of STS, its event and the benefits of joining. The role will also lead the development of a communications strategy which will guide staff on communication with new and existing members and stakeholders. These individuals are crucial in ensuring courses remain of a high quality, consistent across delivery and provide feedback to support the evolution of the qualification.
