Are you interested in the benefits of joining Scottish Target Shooting? We have membership categories to suit all levels of target shooting. Below is a summary of the benefits as well as some background and guidance to signing up for any of our membership categories.
STS Junior Incentive Scheme
We’re excited to introduce our new promotional offer in 2026 to encourage youth groups to join STS:
Who Is Eligible? - The scheme is open to any junior club, section or group (e.g. shooting club, school club, scouts group etc) is eligible, so long as over 50% of the club, section or groups membership is under 21 years old.
What Do We Get? - If the group is eligible based on the criteria above, then the club can get Club Plus membership of STS and sign up all the members of the club, section or group as Essential members of STS for £100 only!
What Do We Need To Do? - For the club, section or group to receive this, the club, section or group must be willing (and have permission) to sign up all of their members to membership of STS. This can be done by completing a spreadsheet that STS can send upon an expression of interest in the scheme. If the club, section or group is not willing or does not have permission to do this, they can still join STS but the normal club membership rates will apply.

STS Club Reward Scheme
Want to get more for your club, simply make sure your club members are part of STS and your club could get anything from free Club membership of STS to free insurance and even money back at the end of the year. New Club memberships
If your club is not already signed up to STS, please complete the form above.
Once registered, an account will be created for the club. If the administrator is an existing member of STS then this persons account will be updated to let them update information on the club. If the administrator is new to STS then a new administrators account will be created. Either way, the named administrator will be emailed to confirm the setting up of the account and the log in details for completing the process.
The administrator can then sign in to the administrators account by visiting the log in page.
On signing in, click the Club Profile tile where you will be taken to information about your club.
Click the Club Affiliation header along the top and you will be taken to the membership packages previously purchased. Click the green 'Buy Membership' link and select the desired membership.
Once selected, complete the necessary information about your club members and confirm the necessary statements in order to proceed.
You will then be taken to the checkout page where it will then be possible to purchase your membership. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Applications will then be reviewed on receipt. If you do not hear from STS in 21 calendar days then memberships should be considered approved.
Membership renewals for clubs
If you are an administrator for a club already registered with STS then simply sign in to your administrators account by visiting the log in page. (If you have forgotten your password, there is a feature on the page for resetting your password. If you have forgotten your username then please contact the STS Office.)
