He competed for Orkney many times at the International Islands Games while I was growing up and I guess I caught the bug and wanted to follow in his footsteps! I began at local level moving on to STS events and NSRA Scottish meeting where I got invited to the B Squad (Dev Squad) I did this for 2 years before being promoted into the High performance program (Academy) before rising up to to the High Performance squad. alongside my Scotland squad competing I also continue to compete for my Island at the International Islands Games held every 2 years.
Where you do your shooting? My training is mostly at my local range, a simple 3 lane 25yd setup, but as much as possible I will try to get to the facilities at Meadowbank and Aberdeen both for the facilities and to train alongside my team mates
What are your hopes and plans for the future in terms of your shooting career? Skys the limit!!
